Mr Abdullahi said the Supreme Court had affirmed the legitimacy of the party’s leadership.
Mr Tukura said Mr Hembe satisfied all requirements of the party.
Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has emerged as the Lagos governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress.
The court held that issues relating to discipline and suspension within a political party remain the internal affairs of the party and do not require judicial intervention.
African Democratic Congress has welcomed the ruling of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, on the deadline for party primaries, among others.
“My sister was abducted and held for three years. This issue is personal to me in ways very few public officials can understand,” Mr Hayatu-Deen stated.
Mr Hayatu-Deen has cautioned ADC against playing what he described as “the same old politics” ahead of the 2027 elections.
The group said the march is not a conventional party rally but a coordinated civic action for better governance.
“The issue is that, at all times that he has passed primaries, he has not won elections,” he said.
ADC says it has screened more than 70 governorship aspirants on the first day of its screening exercise ahead of party primaries.
