The NCAA suspended the airline’s AOC on April 24 following a runway skid of its MD-82 aircraft, registration number 5N-BKI, on April 23.
Mr Sylva made the allegation when he briefed State House correspondents on the outcome of the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday in Abuja.
The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority had on July 20 suspended the airline’s Air Transport License and Air Operator Certificate indefinitely.
The airline was presented with an Air Operator Certificate after completion of the airline’s application processes.
