He noted that no single country can effectively tackle transnational fraud alone.
Taiwan’s representative in Nigeria, Andy Yih-Ping Liu, lauded the collaboration with NHRC.
“Taiwan deserves a seat at the table in organisations such as Interpol and UNFCCC,” the country said.
An official has disclosed a cultural exchange agreement is in the offing between Taiwan and Kebbi.
Mr Liu said that although Nigeria and China have diplomatic relations, Taiwan is probably one of the best role models for Nigeria to develop its non-oil economy.
