Mr Tinubu Nigerians were bearing the brunt of the policy because it was poorly implemented.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court temporarily stopped the Central Bank from withdrawing old naira notes from circulation.
INEC said that the ban on the NURTW and RTEAN meant that the commission was tied to working with the Lagos parks management committee.
Mr Tinubu said the cabal’s plan to “provoke you to violence, so that election will be disrupted and postponed…will backfire”.
Mr Bola Tinubu, who spent less than an hour at the campaign venue, made no mention of the vice presidential candidate’s whereabout.
At a campaign rally on Monday in Ondo, Mr Akeredolu said, “We are lucky to have Asiwaju (Tinubu) in APC. He will win.”
The PDP accused the APC presidential candidate of sponsoring miscreants to attack President Muhammadu Buhari during his visit to Kano today.
The former Lagos governor said forces had sought to arrest the progressive good governance of the APC administration of Mr Oyetola.
Mr Tinubu said the opposition party and its candidate are working in “cahoots with fifth columnists” in the system to inflict pains on Nigerians.
The governor plans to build more markets in strategic locations to stop street trading in Ekiti State.
