Mr Lawal recently defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling APC.
Mr Anka was the deputy governor of the state between 2007 and 2011.
According to Mr Idris, the endorsement letter was duly signed by the party’s leaders and stakeholders.
Mr Matawalle expressed gratitude to God for bringing into the APC such big shots as IMAD whose legacy cuts across the whole state and beyond.
The APC accused the women leader of saying whoever didn’t vote for the Zamfara governor should be beaten and killed.
Mr Idris stated that Mr Matawalle remained the APC leader in Zamfara State.
He stated that the commodity would be distributed freely across the state.
Mr Jaji said that the state APC leadership has not followed the constitutional provisions of the party.
