Mr Kalu assured the people that efforts were ongoing to secure Mr Kanu’s release.

Mr Soludo noted that the military had liberated eight local government areas in Anambra under the siege of criminals.
The 7 Division of the Nigerian Army said it does not tolerate any form of unprofessional conduct from any soldier.
