The presiding judge, Tertsegha Kume, gave the order on Thursday in his verdict in a suit filed by Mr Agada and eight others against APC.
The police were said to have stopped the state APC State Executive Council Meeting (SEC) and its stakeholders meeting.
The governor also said he met an empty treasury, adding that 90 per cent of government offices, including the Government House, were in shambles.
“It is imperative for Father Alia to intensify the personal efforts he has been making to bridge any perceived gap between him and the aggrieved members.”
Mr Akume said with the successful conduct of the Benue APC congress, all was set to take over power in Benue.
