Mrs Dabiri-Erewa commended Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State for building the permanent Door of Return in Badagry.
Mr Hunpe urged the reabsorbed workerd to justify their re-engagement.
The chairman said their freedom followed recommendations of a three-man committee set up by him.
Mr Hunpe, however, stressed that his decision was borne strictly out of the need for productivity, not ”the usual tradition or sentiment.”
The BACCIMA president said the partnership involves youth empowerment and skills development programmes on entrepreneurship, vocational training, and digital skills.
According to him, Badagry is blessed with immense tourism potential.
