Mr Mu’azu explained that the development followed a security council meeting on Tuesday.
He said the troops recovered a mobile phone containing numbers of four suspected ISWAP terrorists on the watch list of security agencies.
Mr Buhari’s regime released N6.25 billion to the Katsina government in 2021 for the ranches development in Ruma-Kujar-Jangarai grazing reserves and nearby communities.
Part of the funds will be used to construct schools, health centres and veterinary clinics in the affected communities.

The police in Katsina say they have killed five bandits, arrested 16 others, recovered 69 rustled cows and drugs.
