The recovered organs have been deposited at the General Hospital, Epe, for preservation.
He said the military police are currently patrolling the state to arrest those committing the act.
He outlined potential security measures that could be implemented to deter crime and maintain order during the event.
Mr Hundeyin said investigation is ongoing.
Mr Hundeyin said that the incident happened on Sunday at about 8:00 p.m.
He said that the Toyota Corona with Reg. No. JJJ 741 EJ and different charms were recovered from the suspects.
“Meanwhile, the residual of the IED was collected for further analysis and investigation,” he said.
“He claimed to have missed his way home after his Quranic teacher’s wife sent him on an errand.”
He said that on further interrogation, the suspect mentioned places she kept the other children.
“It is a case of conspiracy, impersonation, obtaining money under pretence and stealing.”
