The Presiding Officer, Abdulbaqi Abubakar, said that the Biomodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) had been working smoothly and voters complied with instructions.
He assured that Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines to be used on Saturday were already configured and fully charged.
