The Kano government and Guinea-Bissau have agreed to strengthen bilateral ties, focusing on agriculture, education, and human capital development.
The decree issued by Mr Embalo states that a new date for fresh elections will be announced at an opportune time.

Guinea-Bissau marked its 50th independence anniversary on September 24, but the government had scheduled all celebrations for November 16.
He said that the confidence reposed in Mr Tinubu by his colleagues to lead the important coalition would manifest in effective collaboration.
The president is expected back in Nigeria at the end of the meeting.
The award is in recognition of the Nigerian president’s contributions to the political stability of Guinea Bissau.
