Mr Dare observed that the institution was topmost in Africa for sports administration before it suddenly lost its glory.
The company’s response was seen as a deliberate attempt to evade the meeting which the ministry said was “unacceptable”.
Mr Malik specifically said the amount was fixed pending the announcement of the actual fare by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
The promotion approval came at the end of the meeting of the FRSC Board, which ratified the resolution of the FRSC Establishment Committee on the promotion.
