Mr Giwa reaffirmed the command’s resolve to sustain the fight against crime and criminality across the state.
Mr Edafe said arms, ammunition, cartridges, laptops, and mobile phones were recovered from the suspects during the period.
The police boss said that 1,050 commercial motorcycles were also seized for contravening traffic rules and regulations.
Briefing Journalists on the development, the spokesperson of the command, SP Nafi’u Abubakar described the arrest as “huge”.
According to him, a locally made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from him.
The spokesman said the police had recovered two pump action guns, 11 live Cartridges, handcuffs, a leg chain and jackets from the suspects.
