Ms Akporiaye said it was disheartening that Nigerians had to buy tickets to the tune of N3 million and be charged as high as N1 million to change travel dates.
This licence allows Flutterwave to offer transaction switching and card processing services to customers.
The economic expert urged the regime to reform its fiscal operations by revisiting the Anya Committee report of 2011.
