Ms Nwachukwu alleged that the defendant was employed by the complainant as a driver sometime in April 2025.
Ms Nwachukwu alleged that the first complainant (Oweisana) contracted the defendant to do a scaffolding work at his site in Life Camp.
The prosecutor said that offence contravened section 312, 322, and 309 of the Penal Code.
The magistrate adjourned the case until July 7 for hearing.
The police prosecutor said the offences contravened Sections 348 and 287 of the Penal Code.
The magistrate adjourned the matter until June 16 for hearing.
The Chief Magistrate, Musa Jobbo, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N500,000 with one surety in like sum.
Ms Nwachukwu said the offence contravened the provisions of Section 196 the Penal Code.
Mr Ahmed, a tiler who resides at Jabi Dakibiu in Abuja, was charged with one-count of stealing.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
