A statement by Supreme Court spokesperson Festus Akande said the swearing-in ceremony will be held in the main courtroom of the apex court by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
Participants noted the need to professionalise the administration of the courts.
In a preliminary objection dated March 1, Messrs Ariwoola and Baba-Yusuf urged the court to dismiss the suit seeking to stop appointing 12 FCT High Court judges.

Justice Dattijo said the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court earns “N1.2m per month” while the justices “take home N751,000 in a month.”
He charged the judges to always apply constitutional provisions in deciding cases that may be assigned to them.
