Mr Abubakar told the court that the alleged offence was committed sometime in July 2024.
The defendants, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against each of them.
According to him, the offence contravened Section 265 of the Criminal Law of Ekiti State, 2021.
The Chief Magistrate, Olabisi Ogunkanmi, did not take the plea of the defendants due to lack of jurisdiction.
The chief magistrate adjourned the matter until December 17, pending legal advice from the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
Mr Akinloye said that the defendants disrespected court judgment in suit number I/ 671/1969, by forcefully entering a land after judgment had been executed.
The prosecutor said the suspects were arrested after the police investigation, and they voluntarily confessed to committing the crimes.
The magistrate adjourned the case until November 21 for hearing.
Mr Ingyatu reported that the suspect posted on a Facebook account bearing Terna Sunday Tyo that “the governor is a chronic womaniser’.
