Mr Adaramodu said the upper chamber had yet to receive any petition from any of the parties or concerned Nigerians to elicit its intervention.
Mr Gbajabiamila spoke with journalists after participating in the primary election at Ward G2 (Adeniran Ogunsanya Ward 5), situated at Alaka Housing Estate, Surulere, Lagos.
He said Mr Hamzat had demonstrated strong leadership as deputy governor and in other capacities.
Gbajabiamila disclosed this during a stakeholders’ meeting at the State House, Abuja, attended by ministers, agency heads, and key officials.
Mr Gbajabiamila said education is the bedrock of sustainable development.
Mr Gbajabiamila identified the temptation to mobilise identity as a shortcut to power as a critical challenge facing Nigerian politics.
