The possible cause of the fire could be an electrical spark during power restoration to the affected building, the fire service said.
Mr Chiketa said that the quick intervention of the firemen prevented the fire from spreading to an adjourning gas plant in the vicinity.
Mr Ebele said that though he lost a lot to the incident, he was grateful to God for saving his workers working at the time.
Mr Chiketa said the fire service received a distress call at 6:20 a.m., and he deployed firefighters and four firefighting trucks to the scene.
