The spokesperson urged residents to remain law-abiding.
The CP called on officers to ensure that they were at peace with their wives.
“All protesters in our custody have been released,” said Mr Hundeyin.
He said those arrested would be charged to court, and items confiscated would be forfeited to the Lagos State government through the court.
“He has been reduced in rank from inspector to sergeant,” he said.
“Naira Marley and Sammy Larry, having met their bail conditions, have been released from custody,’’ Mr Hundeyin stated.
His appeal comes as Nigerians have continued to seek justice for the singer’s death.
He said the team had already swung into action with its investigation into the case.
He noted that the CRU was not established to witch-hunt any police officer but to promote accountability in the police.
“The team was at Mile 2 area of the state, a hotbed of brazen extortions,’’ Mr Hundeyin stated.
