Mr Salawu stressed that the strength of the university was boosted by partnerships with several organisations.
Mr Fanwo noted that the Ododo-led administration has also embarked on extensive road projects across the state.
The victim is a 200-level student of the Department of Cyber Security at CUSTECH.
