Mr Emefiele’s co-defendant, Henry Omoile, is facing a three-count charge bordering on unlawful acceptance of gifts by agents.
The judge noted that the pension of the claimants was last reviewed in 2007.
Mr Orbih said that the tribunal lacked the jurisdiction to entertain the matter.
Mr Dasuki, led in evidence by his counsel, Abubakar Abdurahman-Tsamiya, said he chaired the company between September 2017 and April 2023.

“The judges should desist from performing executive functions assigned to them by the governor of Kano state in courtrooms meant to adjudicate disputes,” the court ruled.
Magistrate Kikelomo Adebayo did not take Mr Adebisi’s plea on grounds that his court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the case.
The three-member tribunal, headed by Justice Danladi Umar, ordered Mr Magaji’s suspension on Thursday in Abuja following misconduct allegations.
Mr Ofeyena sought an order directing the defendants to pay N5 million each as the cost of filing the suits.
