He described the development as a clear case of injustice, disenfranchisement and electoral manipulation.
Mr Usman said members of the public who wish to make enquiry were advised to contact the registry/secretariat of the tribunal.
Justice Garba Lawal, who delivered the judgment, dismissed the appeal for want of merit.
The late Yar’Adua served as president from May 2007 until his death in May 2010.
Two motions dated March 3 and 25 labelled CV/395/M1/2025 and CV/395/M2/2025, cited Mr Akpabio as an appellant.
The court allowed the appeal filed by Senator Ester Nenadi Usman and one other and held that it was meritorious.
The lawyer disagreed with the AGF on his submission that no power, including the court, can subject his discretion to judicial review under their inherent supervisory powers.
“The ongoing political crisis shows that Governor Adeleke has lost public trust. He is now struggling to maintain control,” he said.
“I want to appeal to the federal government to start releasing the monthly allocation to the APC reinstated council chairmen in the state starting this month,” he said.
Mr Adejobi urged stakeholders, including political parties, to act with restraint and prioritise the well-being of citizens.
