The All Progressives Congress in Osun has withdrawn from the local government election scheduled for February 22.
Justice Uwani Abba-Aji delivered the judgment following the dramatic withdrawal of the appeal by Mr Fubara through his lead counsel, Yusuf Ali.
Adegoke was killed between November 5, 2021 and November 7, 2021, while he lodged at Hilton hotel in Ile-Ife, owned by Adedoyin.
He said that as a law-abiding party, the PDP would comply with the High Court and the Court of Appeal order affirming Mr Udeh-Okoye as the national secretary.
