Mr Wike directed Messrs Hayyo and Ango to resume duty with immediate effect.
FCT minister Nyesom Wike has approved N280.3 million to pay scholarships to 13,946 indigent students at all levels of education in Abuja.
The mandate secretary said the gesture is a testament to the priority Mr Wike placed on the education sector.
The FCTA will pay 40 per cent of the outstanding arrears and the area councils will pay 60 per cent.
The affected schools are Erudite Bright Kids at Kagini and Jane’s Angela School in Abuja Municipal Area Council.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah urged the educational community to embrace advanced technology, especially in automobiles.
He pointed out the need for additional tertiary institutions in the nation’s capital to decongest the population in the FCT College of Education Zuba.
According to him, the expected target of NLP users in Kano state is 75,000 by December 2023, which is envisaged to rise to 150,000 by the end of 2024.
The back-to-school campaign also aimed to persuade parents it was safe for pupils to return to school after the COVID-19 pandemic.
