The EFCC invitation to the former council bosses is coming barely a few weeks after the state held its LG election in the 18 LGAs of the state.
The anti-graft agency said it would not fold its arms and watch its staff being killed.
“Items recovered from them include one Lexus car, laptops and phones,” said the EFCC spokesman.
Action of the billionaire businessman’s sons was said to have violated Section 21(3) of the Central Bank of Nigeria Act, 2007.

The EFCC boss enjoined the public to always report such disreputable elements to the Commission.
Mr Oyewale said that the suspect would be charged in court upon the conclusion of investigations.
”The suspects will be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations,” he said.
Mr Oyewale stated that the ex-governor was arrested at 12.54pm and did not surrender himself to the commission.
“They will be charged to court as soon as the investigations are concluded,” Mr Oyewale said.
