Mr Alausa explained that variations in the bill of quantities contributed to the delay in completing the project.
Ms Ugu described the training as a significant step toward improving Nigeria’s technical and vocational education sector.
He said, “We will go with 16 years and we are going to meet with JAMB and others on that.’’
