Mr Ofoyeju described the exercise as a “bold step” in safeguarding communities from the dangers of drugs.
The police say six suspects have been arrested for armed robbery and cult-related activities in separate operations in Enugu.

Mr Marwa, during a visit to Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau in Abuja, said the seizures also led to the arrest of 1,720 suspects.
Mr Marwa said that prevention was very important in dealing with drug abuse.
He also urged them to do the checks either in hospital or at approved laboratories.
Mr Yahuza said, “The way and manner youths are engaged in drugs and criminality calls for concern of all and sundry.”
