Mr Ayanlade said the two suspects were identified as Aduku Moses and Kunle Agboola.
Mr Lawal said he had visited all police facilities and formations in and around the Akoko Area of the state.
Police said a suspect, Jayeola Joshua, was arrested along with two others, while 15 young girls aged 20 to 26 were accommodated in an apartment in Alagbaka, Akure.
The police said the complainant alleged that the suspect had been having unlawful carnal knowledge of his daughter since she was three years old.

The police command in Ondo has arrested one Wale Ibrahim for stabbing a 25-year-old man, Fisayo Ajetumobi, to death in Litaye Camp, Ondo East LGA.
