Mr Osaretin said Mr Okpebholo had shown a “pattern of disregard for democratic norms”.
She said the State Cash Transfer Unit (SCTU) was one of the delivery platforms of the Community Action for Resilience and economic stimulus of NCARES projects in the state.
“I have been in the APC and I have been in PDP. My role is to sit back and see how I can assist and help, nurture,” said Mr Obaseki.
“I think we should be fair to this current administration that they met a very poor economy,” said the Edo governor.
Mr Buhari has been repeatedly blamed for Nigeria’s economic fiasco.
“One does not have to be a professor to know what poverty is,” Mr Oshiomhole asserted.
APC leader Ayo Olowojoba said support for Mr Oshiomhole would drag the senatorial district backward.
