The State Security Service (SSS) charged Godwin Emefiele to court following Abuja High Court order.
Justice Hamza Muazu fixed the date after listening to submissions made by parties in the matter.
The order was sequel to an application filed by J.B. Daudu SAN, counsel to Mr Emefiele.

He said that there was a need to focus on the increasingly topical issue of debt management.
A federal judge axed an attempt by the State Security Service to arrest the central bank governor on allegations of terrorism financing and economic sabotage.

The redesigned banknotes by the apex bank include N200, N500, and N1000.
When completed, the main bowl will have the capacity to contain about 5,000 people.
