Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida on Tuesday signed an executive order, designating Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations as terrorist organisations.
He said Medipool had been vetted through the infrastructure concession regulatory commission.
The U.S. president said he would sign the executive order, which he said would be one of the most consequential in U.S. history, at 9:00 a.m. (1300 GMT) on Monday.
The governor said that the land revocation was because the university was within a government designated area.
The statistics officer, NCoS, Bauchi State Command, DSC Abdullahi Usman, said the 24 inmates comprised 22 males and two females.
The civics test is administered to foreign nationals seeking to obtain U.S. citizenship through naturalisation.
