Mr Jideobi is seeking an order restraining Mr Jonathan from further presenting himself to any political party as a candidate for any presidential election in Nigeria.
Justice James Omotosho had rescheduled the judgment for today after parties in the case were duly served with hearing notices.
Mr El-Rufai was arraigned before the Federal High Court, Kaduna Division, on Wednesday.

The prosecutor, M.Y Bello, alleged that the Onuegbu conspired with others now at large, to commit the offences on August 28, 2024.
The judge adjourned the case until May 8 for ruling on the no-case submission.
