Mr Zuwoghe said the party had been participating in political activities, including fielding candidates for all electoral positions.Â
The court ordered that the substantive suit should begin afresh, with INEC, the PMP and the NDC as parties to the case.
The case was adjourned until July 7, 2026.
The committee said the suspension is aimed at protecting the integrity of the SAN rank.Â

The court fixed July 20 for judgment in a suit filed by the NDC seeking an order to strike down Sections 138 and 77(5) of the new Electoral Act, 2026.
The witness confirmed that none of the defendants in the case was a signatory to the account.
The prosecutor said the defendant knowingly published false information that was injurious and offensive to the complainant’s character and reputation.
The court subsequently fixed July 21 for the arraignment of the suspects.
The court adjourned the case until June 29.
