The ministry’s permanent secretary stated that the initiative was designed to evaluate the impact of constituency projects.
Policymakers, key stakeholders, and professionals were among those who attended the meeting.
The government observed a notable level of progress in the ongoing construction of the Osogbo Renewed Hope Estate.
Mr Haiba said, “The adoption of uniform selling prices aims to promote affordability, transparency, and fairness.
FG has reaffirmed its determination to deliver the Nasarawa Renewed Hope Estate Project within six months.
“The Ibeju Lekki Renewed Hope City project is 80 per cent completed, with over 700 housing units under phase one ready for commissioning,” stated the minister.
The estate covers over 150,000 square metres and comprises duplexes and other apartments.
The charter was inaugurated by Minister of Housing and Urban Development Ahmed Dangiwa on Wednesday in Abuja.
Mr Belgore said, “This decision aligns with the terms and conditions outlined in paragraph 2 of the provisional offer of allocation letter issued to beneficiaries.’’
The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has created a ground rent audit task team.
