The FRSC boss said a woman was crushed by a truck, and the incident would have been avoided if the parties had been careful.
He said DPAN has been holding discussions with some auto companies towards expanding the Peugeot sales and after-sales network.
He said the exercise will continue in all major cities across the country.

The FRSC sector commander explained that the command recorded a 6.6 per cent reduction in RTCs in 2024 compared to 2023.
“During the yuletide season, the corps has recorded low road traffic crashes (RTCs),” said Kabir Nadabo, the sector commander of FRSC.
Mr Kaura attributed the accident to suspected brake failure.
Police spokesman Tochukwu Ikenga in Anambra told journalists in Awka on Thursday that the partnership also involved the FRSC.
According to him, the accident occurred at Powerline by Cele Bus Stop, Ita-Oluwo, Ikorodu.
He also announced plans to increase FRSC visibility in terms of deployment of personnel and logistics.
