This was disclosed in a statement on Wednesday, following the visit by Mohamed Abdelaal, Sudan’s ambassador to Nigeria, to the ministry.
Mr Tuggar said this during the inauguration and sensitisation ceremony of the system in foreign affairs ministry in Abuja.
Mr Tuggar also urged Nigerians to show respect for one another’s differences.
“The president should be strict and monitor the ministers to ensure that none is sabotaging government efforts through poor performances.”
The group said that the proposed ministry would also help in reducing incidences of irregular migration and human trafficking.
