The federal government is set to launch a national campaign to promote made-in-Nigeria goods and services under the Nigeria First policy.
He said the policy aligned with MAN’s goals of promoting local manufacturing.
Mr Meshioye stated that the late president also provided solutions to some of the challenges confronting manufacturers.
He said that the group would meet quarterly with stakeholders to evaluate performance.
Francis Meshioye, MAN president, said this in the association’s first-half economic report on Monday in Lagos.
Mr Adeniyi said, “We will simplify export procedures to boost the competitiveness of goods made in Nigeria. ”
He noted that the intervention of the federal government in developing local industries would boost economic growth and development.
