The former Lagos governor said forces had sought to arrest the progressive good governance of the APC administration of Mr Oyetola.
The judges sacked Ademola Adeleke from office on Friday, ordering the electoral office to certify former Governor Gboyega Oyetola as governor.
The tribunal on Friday declared former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola as the authentic winner of the July 16, 2022 governorship election in the state.
Mr Oyetola is challenging the declaration of Governor Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the July 16, 2022 governorship election.
In a hearing notice released in Osogbo on Tuesday, the tribunal said the judgement would be delivered by 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
The teachers were employed by former governor Gboyega Oyetola, one month after he was defeated in the July 16 Osun governorship election.
“The last administration avoided due diligence and a comprehensive project report,” said Mr Adeleke.
The speaker said, according to the State Public Office Holders (payment of pension and severance packages) Bill 2018, the former governor is empowered to go away with his official vehicles.
The forensic report was also admitted as exhibits by the tribunal after Mr Oduntan was crossed-examined by the petitioners’ counsel, Akin Olujimi (SAN).
