The letter was addressed to the President of Senate, Godswill Akpabio and read at plenary on Tuesday.
“I drew the attention of the Senate and, of course, Nigerians to the constitutional breach,” said Mr Kawu.
Mrs Oguntala said the advocacy would be key among her focus in the next two years as the president of NSE.
“All the institutional mechanisms shall be held to account in ensuring diligent implementation”.
He said it was during Mr Na’Abba’s tenure that elaborate rules of the legislature were formulated.
“The country will soon come out stronger, and all citizens will reap the dividends of democracy,” he said.
