John Adetola, the seventh prosecution witness in the ongoing trial of Godwin Emefiele, narrated how he collected $400,000 on behalf of the ex-governor of the Central Bank
The witness said all emails he sent to the bank account officer and instructions given were as directed by Mr Emefiele.
Mr Ogah was led in evidence by EFCC counsel, Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN).
Earlier, the witness had testified that contracts could be awarded through direct procurement or selective bidding at the CBN.

When asked if Mr Emefiele alone could award and approve contracts, he answered that the defendant approved the contracts.

The judge ruled that Mr Emefiele should submit his travelling documents to the court registrar.
