The chairman of the House Committee on Agriculture gave the assurance on Thursday.
Mr Sule commended Danladi Jatau, speaker of the assembly, and members for the speedy passage of the budget.
Mr Sule said the visible outcomes across sectors are clear indications that the reforms are yielding positive results.
He said the payment of the end-of-year bonus to civil servants was the first in the history of the state.
Mr Jatau also called on Christians and other Nigerians to provide succour to the less privileged in society to better their standard of living.
Governor Abdullahi Sule has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bengo province on cooperation in agriculture, mining and education.
Mr Sule stated that the move would boost food security in the state and the country as a whole.
He said that the company would brand the processed rice as NASACCO Gold.
He assured that the project would be completed as scheduled.
The state government had cultivated 3,300 hectares of rice from the 10,000 hectares acquired for the rice project in the area.
