He said the closures were part of the ministry’s efforts to clamp down on illegal practices and safeguard children’s rights.
“I have written a series of letters to the Ministry of Works and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu without any positive response,” the traditional ruler said.
The commissioner said the initiative was part of broader efforts to make housing accessible and affordable for residents.
She emphasised that 20 property were also recovered through the agency’s mediation process.
Ms Olusanya said that the state government in 2023 stepped up agricultural infrastructure development with the inauguration of the Imota Rice Mill.
She stated that the access to finance for SMEs initiative would be launched by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Mr Sanwo-Olu said the initiative was deliberate to uplift young entrepreneurs and support them with the needed tools to start their businesses.
