Governor Dapo Abiodun approved the work-free day to enable civil and public servants to participate fully in the local government elections.
The hearing on the substantive suit has been adjourned to November 21.
Mr Abiodun said military presence was needed in the area to check the activities of migrating criminals from neighbouring states.
Mr Zabarmawa said, “When I started, the Ogun State Government promised and paid 50 per cent of the clearing cost why I paid the balance.”

The governor explained that he had also signed warrants converting the death sentences of 45 inmates to prison sentences.
