INEC, Mr Ododo, and his party, APC, had prayed that the tribunal dismiss Mr Ajaka and SDP’s petition for being incompetent and lacking merit.
CUSTECH registrar Olufunke Hudson announced this in a statement.
An additional six kidnapped students of the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH) in Osara, Kogi, have been rescued unhurt.
While adopting his final written address dated and filed on May 1, Mr Daudu, who appeared for Mr Ododo, urged the tribunal to dismiss the entire petition.
The government said the students regained their freedom after local vigilance groups and other security agencies engaged the kidnappers in battle.
Mr Mohammed called others aspirants with complaints to forward them to the committee.
“This is not the time to hold grudge against one another, but for all of us to come together so as to remain in power,” Mr Aiyedatiwa said.
Amidst protests over the conduct of the APC primary in Ondo, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa was declared the winner early Monday morning.
Mr Ododo arrived at the Abuja residence of Mr Bello, located at Benghazi Street, Wuse Zone 4, at about 2:45 pm.
He urged the students to take advantage of the online pre-qualification process to get themselves registered.
