The approval was part of the outcome of the Executive Council meeting held at the Lugard House in Lokoja on Tuesday.

On Monday, Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi announced the sacking of his special adviser on stakeholder relations, Anthony Ogah.
The Kogi government on Thursday declared free education for indigenes at primary and secondary school levels.
He urged the council to campaign based on his achievements in the last eight years.
He said the ongoing initiative was to connect rural communities with the national grid.
Mr Bello stated his administration’s resolve against discrimination against any tribe in the state.
He also called on all candidates to come together and support Mr Tinubu and ensure that Nigeria is fixed.
The governor explained that the increment became imperative given the current economic realities and the overall importance of the NYSC scheme.
“We are expecting nothing less than 99 per cent victory votes from the people of Kogi in this forthcoming November 11 governorship election.”
