Mr Fintiri described the initiative as a major step toward sustainable transportation.
Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, represented by Deputy Governor Kaletapwa Farauta, officially received the facilities on Tuesday at Gyawana, Lamurde Local Government Area.
Mr Jatau said the initiative would boost the agriculture sector by providing farmers and youths with essential farm inputs as they prepared for the season.
The NEMA official also advised residents to cultivate the habit of listening to radio for relevant information.
The group called on INEC to be guided by the spirit of equity and justice, and fairness to women.
The federal government says it disbursed N339.50 million to about 16,975 vulnerable women and youths in Adamawa.
