Governor Abdullahi Sule has submitted names of nominees of the overseers of the 18 development areas to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The budget is N5.9 billion with recurrent expenditure getting N3.6 billion and N2.3 billion for capital expenditure.
If assented by the state governor, the bill would ensure the financial autonomy of the state judiciary.
