The competition, scheduled to run from May 4 to May 8, will open with a fixture between Sporting Lagos and Ranchers Bees.
The NFF president said the exercise has attracted global attention from FIFA, CAF and other stakeholders, and will set a benchmark for future sporting and political elections.
Nigeria previously won the title in 1980, 1994 and 2013, and are seeking a fourth crown in Morocco.

Nigeria’s Super Eagles finished as runners-up at the last AFCON 2023 in Cote d’Ivoire.
“The NFF will give him all the support he needs to succeed in the job,” Gusau said.
Gusau’s election to this influential role underscores Nigeria’s continued prominence in West African football and is expected to foster deeper collaboration across member nations.
“The meeting is aimed at consolidating on gains, addressing challenges, and outlining strategies for the 2024/2025 league season,” he said.
He said NFF has continued to support the awards because of the process and credibility.
Mr Gusau described the late Hayatou as a much-loved leader of African football.
